Blunts are a classic toking tool and one of the best ways to smoke in a group. They vary in size, from pretty small to massive. (see the bottom of this post for massive blunts)

The method behind learning how to roll a blunt is essentially taking a cigar, cutting it open, removing the tobacco, putting herb in, and re-sealing it.

Text Tutorial

Before we begin, make sure you have the essentials:

Cigar/Wrap – you can either buy a pre-made blunt wrap or a cigar to gut.
Herb – make sure to grind it up. Big chunks will make your blunt smoke worse than if they are all equal size.
Knife – to cut open the cigar
Lighter – to dry out the blunt after it’s done being rolled

1) Split your blunt open. To do this, use a knife and cut it horizantally all the way down as shown in the picture below.

2) Remove the tobacco, because seriously, who wants to actually smoke the tobacco?

3) Lick it all around. You probably have some small tears from the knife unless you’ve got a very sharp knife. Licking it will seal these up. After you’re done licking it, fold it lightly in the middle so it has a shape similar to a rolling paper.

4) Add your product. Make sure there are no big chunks anywhere. Distribute it evenly throughout the wrap.

5) Carefully roll the blunt upwards to create a tube shape. This is the hardest part of the process.

6) Once you have the tube shape, continue rolling it until it’s fully sealed. Make sure to keep it tight. Once it’s done, lick it lengthwise and press on the blunt. If it’s a low quality blunt, you might have to lick it a lot and press it hard.

7) Run your lighter over the blunt a few times to dry it out. Make sure to not light it on fire yet, obviously.

8) Enjoy your blunt! Learning how to roll a blunt is pretty easy after a few tries.

Apparently this girl was a Miss Hightimes 2010 nominee, so she knows her blunts. This tutorial moves quickly but gives you the basics on how to roll a blunt. Unlike other tutorials, this one shows you every step in detail and doesn’t assume you know anything.

#3 – How to Roll a Blunt by MrStormE

This is just another Youtuber, but this guy knows his stuff. From his technique, you can see he’s been rolling blunts for quite a while – he does it effortlessly. Turn up your volume on this how-to guide, he talks a little softly.
